All apartment prices quoted are based on the prices prevailing at the time that booking is confirmed. Otherwise prices are subject to change without notice.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges include the cost of utility bills when the property is booked for periods of one month’s continuous rental or more.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly suggest all guests travel with the relevant travel insurance documents as we will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of personal possessions from our premises or your vehicle(s).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions govern all bookings made (whether through website, email, telephone or by any other means) with 'Suite 16' (us).You accept these conditions yourself and on behalf of all members of your party (who shall be bound by these conditions) whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others.

BOOKING
You shall notify us at the time of booking of the names and addresses of all relevant guests.

Telephone bookings are only confirmed when we have accepted the booking in writing or by email and have received payment in full.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. Earlier may be possible but is completely subject to being convenient to any departure at your chosen apartment that day. We will endeavour to always accommodate your request if possible.
The latest departure time is 11:00, but a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 75% of the daily rate for that day. Please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day. Please check the website availability calendar by going to the description page and clicking "book now".

'HOUSE RULES'

The apartment is solely for residential use and parties are strictly prohibited. Suite 16 reserves the right to remove residents without notice if they are found to have hosted any such events. No refunds will apply. We operate a strict no smoking policy in the apartment. Any breach of our terms and conditions as far as our smoking policy is concerned will incur a maximum charge of £250.00 and the credit card used at the time of booking will automatically be charged. Dogs and other pets are not allowed. The number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to 5 adults. If the number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse access.

You and your party must comply with any rules and regulations set by us. Should guests be in breach of these conditions, we shall be entitled to remove guests from the apartment and to terminate our agreement with you. Should there be any damage to the property after you check out, either your credit card will be charged or your deposit will no longer be returnable. Depending on the extent of the damages, the amount deducted from your credit card shall vary accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This website uses Google Analytics to track site performance to help us improve customer experience. If you do not wish us to track your usage of the website, simply change the security settings in your browser through the 'Tools' (IE8 and Chrome) or 'Options' (Firefox) Menu to disable cookies. Please note this will affect your experience for all websites, not just this website, and may impair your ability to make purchases online.
We do not store customer credit card details. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Should you provide us with your credit card details for the purposes of making a payment, it will be charged via our PayPal Merchant Terminal. In the event of a no show, your credit card will be charged via our PayPal Merchant Terminal for the total amount of the booking as communicated to you at the time you made the reservation.
